Orange salt:
Pre-heat the oven to 80ºC.
Grate the orange zest and spread over a silpat.
Remove from heat when dehydrated.
You can also use nuts, cocoa powder, candied flowers, or fleur de sel (wouldn’t that be yummy!)
This would make a cute gift. I love chocolate & orange zest.
